Some Mistakes of Moses

When Robert Ingersoll was born, scientists had to tell the public that their work was not in conflict with the bible.

During his lifetime, the old assumptions about the bible, such as that Moses had written the first five books, finally came into doubt.

By the time he died, ministers had to tell the public that their work was not in conflict with science.

Either they tell the public that their work is not in conflict with science or they had to tell the public that scientists are frauds and they are the real ones.

Have you ever had to admit something was true after you had already known it for a while?
